We employ a tried and tested, carefully crafted methodology that has been adapted year after year to meet the growing needs of the next generation.
At Prodigy Kids, our mentors are trained to connect with kids. They make learning fun! Kids look
forward to being at Prodigy and as a result, common feedback from parents is that they wish their kids are as enthusiastic about going to school as they are about going to Prodigy Kids!
This calls for consistent demonstration of high energy levels, pleasing disposition and “can do
attitude” by our mentors when they interact with kids and parents. We accomplish this by
meticulously selecting our mentors, regularly training and continuously motivating them to make
Prodigy Kids a fun place to work. Kids sense this fun element at Prodigy Kids and love it.
P-KARE
Prodigy Kids Assesment and Recommendation Explained
An assesment conducted by our mentors to understand the childrens' inherent strengths and weaknesses to recommend the next steps. This could be a quick interaction or a test of aptitude.
P-CLAP
Prodigy Customised Learning Action Plan
Based on the mentors' observations from P-KARE, a plan is formulated by the mentors along with the parents in pursuit of certain goals to leverage the child's strengths and make excellent developmental progress through our classes.
